While focusing on our spiritual wellbeing, we certainly don’t neglect our physical fitness! Lydia Macaluso, a licensed zumba instructor, teaches classes 3 times a week (Mondays and Thursdays from 8-9 and Saturdays from 10-11). She makes everyone feel welcome regardless of your previous zumba experience. We promise you will have a blast and break a sweat.
